My calling revolves around “getting a bigger table.” Rejecting the idea of limited seats, I strive to help people discover their unique gifts and unleash them for a better world. Through exposure, engagement, and empowerment, I’ve aided diverse groups globally in defining and pursuing their desired lives. From leading a national unit to advocating for inclusivity, my journey champions diverse voices and inclusive spaces, believing they’re crucial in tackling today’s challenges. As a woman, leader, athlete, and educator, I aim to inspire and value individuals, fostering environments where everyone’s authenticity thrives. Leading isn’t about being in front but standing alongside, empowering others to carve their paths—my journey exemplifies that together, we create a flourishing world by making room for everyone.
